Villain - issues with playback on PC and PS3
Dear Mubi, Villain currently does not work on PC or PS3 when tried. I have tried to play this film countless times over the past weeks but to no avail. Could you please look into this as I am dying to see this film!

apologies for this problem and thank you for telling us. The film file was damaged and we had to replace it. That is done now and you should have no further problems to enjoy this film.
Please tell us right away if you can't watch a film after a couple of attempts on the same day and we will do everything we can to fix it as fast as possible.

Dear MUBI,
Thank you so much for sorting this. Unfortunately a separate issue with the MUBI PS3 app is still preventing me from watching this film! I noticed, having looked at the support forum, that this is an issue effecting all users. I must admit that these problems, along with the frankly odd decision to charge subscription users extra for accessing the the Stella Cannes Film Festival films (undoubtedly some of the best out of your selection), has made me seriously consider cancelling my subscription before the next payment is due. I do really appreciate all the help and speedy response from the support team, and recognise that it is not solely your fault, but these issues have made it hard for me to justify the subscription.
