Is the Feedback Option viable?

Why is the Feedback option available when the things users what most are not put into action?

    Dear Uli3Cain,

    I can assure you, the feedback option is not viable.

    We are working very close with our users, who just reached 4.5 Million, and many great ideas are brought to us by the community.

    Still the ideas require a lot of work, manpower and money to be put into action and also have to fit our idea of MUBI. We are still a start-up and our resources are limited.
    But just as an example, one of your requests was put into action two months ago:

    So please be patient with us and keep making suggestions!
