I'm in the UK with a UK PS3 and a UK PSN account.
As far as I can tell, your service should work in the UK?
Mine does not.

Please could you advise how to make it work.

Hello Phill,

Have you tried restarting the whole system? After first installation simply switching off and starting back again the machine solves most common errors.
