Free trial not working
Hi, I signed up for the free trial on 15 feb and watched 1 movie immediately through my boxee box. It won't give me access to any more films now but I should be fine for another 12 days. How can I get it to work. I cannot find any info on your web site.

What happens exactly when you press the WATCH button? Does the system return an error message? Please note that subscription does not change the look of the website and you will still see the prices on film pages.

Dear Dario,
are you accessing MUBI via a Sony Bravia TV? There is a problem with all Bravias at the moment and we are working on it to solve it.
You should still be able to access MUBI and watch films during your free trial on www.mubi.com

Can you fix this I'm having this problem on my imac, its a right pain I've watched films in my free period for 5 days and now it is playing up. It just will show me the subscribe button and then when I press the x or subscribe it just goes back to the picture and movie synopsis. PLEASE FIX IT!

Apologies for the late reply and that you have experienced this problem.
I have checked your account and you have a life and running subscription, so you should be able to watch films.
Could you please try again to click on WATCH FILM on the films page and let me know, if it doesn't work, which error notification shows up. A screen shot would also help to fix this as fast as possible.
