10 of the friends you invited have to subscribe to MUBI.
You can follow the progress here:

So I hope your friends listen to your invitation, than you will soon be the proud owner of a LomoKino MUBI Edition.

do they have to continue to be a member after trial? because 4 of my friends have been subscribers but it seems still 0/10.
